Can I host a Tech Demo, Meeting, or Event at the Tech Grove?

Yes—government partners and stakeholders can request to use the Tech Grove facility for demos, meetings, or collaborative sessions that align with our mission. Use our Facility Use Request Form to start the process.

Is Tech Grove an Event Venue?

Central Florida Tech Grove is an innovation hub, not a general event venue.

All activities must support our mission to accelerate defense innovation in human performance and benefit our DoD partners.

- National security agencies can request to partner with Tech Grove on mission-focused initiatives.
- Companies may use facility only when invited by a DoD customer, with coordination directly from the DoD point of contact.

We review all requests based on mission fit and availability. If we’re unable to accommodate your request, we’ll do our best to suggest alternative options.

What are the differences between NavalX Tech Bridge and Tech Grove

NavalX Tech Bridge

Primarily supports the Navy and Marine Corps.
Activities like Prize Challenges and Tech Scans are led and operated by the government, which means more traditional processes and red tape.
Focused on aligning with internal Navy/USMC priorities and processes.

Tech Grove

Serves a broader mission, supporting 11 Department of Defense partners across services.
Able to proactively engage with industry, academia, and the local community, helping drive collaboration and innovation faster.
